     Asst Engineer/Engineer/Sr Engineer

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Component level and Board level PCB Servicing of motion control products like PLCs, Drives, and motors.
  • Replacement of spares, alignment of encoders etc.
  • Identify the root cause of the failure, record and analyse to ensure that the failure does not repeat.
  • Onsite visits to understand technical complaints received from Customers.
  • Generation of Inspection and Service reports.
  • Analysis of product repairs are mandatory to minimise the number of Complaints.
  • Speedy turn around of products.
  • Taking preventive steps to ensure the product uptime and Reliability.
  • To ensure the measurement devices and repair equipments are in accurate working condition.
  • Calibration of Electronic devices are required from time to time.
  • To maintain stock of fast moving spares.
  • Identify cost effective and reliable suppliers of spares.

 

 

DESIRED PROFILE
  • Relevant experience in the Servicing of automation products like drives, controllers, sensors, motors, switchgear etc.
  • Must provide 24x7 customer support and ensure customer delight.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent trouble shooting skills

  2-4/4-6/6-8/above 8 years
